CONDITIONS
Our terms and
conditions are as follows:
1)
Same-day delivery is only possible in major
cities For smaller cities, only next-day
delivery is available. The order form will show
you first available delivery date for your city.
2. Please ensure that your payment information
is accurate to avoid any delays in processing
your order. If you have any questions regarding
our delivery options or terms, feel free to
reach out to our customer service team for
assistance. Our team is here to help you
navigate any concerns you may have and ensure a
smooth shopping experience.
3. All transactions paid in US dollars will be
billed by our US bank merchant account and will
appear as "Pakistan Gift Courier Inc." on your
credit card statement. All foreign currency
transactions will be billed in the customer's
local currency as shown on the website.
4. Once the order is confirmed, you will receive
a confirmation email with details about your
purchase and estimated delivery time. Please
ensure that all information provided during the
order process is accurate to avoid any delays.
5. PakistanGiftonline reserves the right to
cancel any order due to the following reasons:
- Customer fails to provide verification if
requested or contacted.
- Order fails security checks.
6. Every effort shall be made to deliver exactly
the same product as ordered. However, at times
it may not be possible due to reasons beyond our
control, such as non-availability in a certain
region/city or the seasonal constraints.
7. The
pictures are for guidance purposes. We cover
more than 158 cities in Pakistan, and every city
has its own way of presentation, whether it's
cakes, flowers, or fruit baskets, and it is
impossible to post pictures of all cities'
products on one website, so the actual product
may differ from the picture. However, we fully
guarantee the quality and quantity of the
product mentioned on our website.
8) We
reserve the right to offer substitute products
of equal or greater value in case of
unavailability. These include roses to mix
flowers, flower colors, cake flavors, bigger
cakes in two smaller cakes, different suppliers,
children's toys, all clothing, and items in the
food basket.
9)
Customer can give special instructions as a
request in the order form regarding delivery
timings, cake flavors, fruit choices, etc.; ,
however we do not guarantee to fulfill the
request(s), and no refund or cancellation is
possible if the request is not fulfilled.
10) We
offer same-day delivery service in all major
cities. All orders placed before 2 PM Pakistan
Standard Time can be delivered the same day in
major cities. The order form will show you the
first available delivery date once you have
selected the city. On occasions like Eid,
Valentines and Mother's Day, we do offer
same-day delivery. If an order is received
before 6 AM (Pakistan time), after 6 AM, only
those orders are possible for which supplies are
available in the markets. On occasion, it's
always advisable to contact us on WhatsApp
before placing same-day orders after 6 AM.
11).
In the event of supply difficulty, we reserve
the full rights to replace flower colors and
cake flavors and deliver items at separate
times.
12. We use one of the best suppliers available
in the country. However, if you are unsatisfied
with the quality of our items, please contact us
with your order number and complaint within 2
days after delivery for replacement
instructions. We do not offer refunds; only
replacements will be offered in such cases. The
product should be in its original, unused form
for return. Our customer service department will
investigate the complaint. We do not entertain
any complaints for food meals and Dunkin Donuts,
as these products cannot be tasted before
delivery, nor do they offer any replacement to
customers.
13. A
refund is only possible if we fail to deliver
your item on your desired date. However, if your
order is on hold due to an address problem or
incorrect telephone number provided, then in
such a case a refund will not be offered, and we
will redeliver the item the next day. This will
void all warranties on product quality, as your
items are purchased, and they go in our storage
and lose their freshness.
14. By
ordering on our website, you agree to be listed
in our mailing list to receive emails on
promotions and event reminders. We only send 6
to 7 emails in a year to our customers, and all
our promotional emails give customers an option
to unsubscribe to receive any further emails.

Greeting cards are subject to availability and
may be replaced with another type of paper
message in case of unavailability.
16 We
do not offer any time-stipulated delivery. Our
delivery timings are from 11:30 am to 8:30 pm,
and in some cases may extend up to 9:30 pm
(Pakistan Standard Time). However, we do offer
midnight delivery at an extra charge of US$7.
18. On
Fridays and Sundays, delivery may start after 2
PM, as some suppliers operate late.
