TERMS AND
CONDITIONS
Our terms and
conditions are as follows:
1) Same Day Delivery in only possible in
Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Multan,
Peshawar, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Sialkot,
Jhelum & Gujrat, Wah Cantt, Taxila For other cities only next day
delivery is available
(Same day delivery not
available on occasions like mothers day or eid.
2. Orders placed will be processed only after
authorization has been received from the Credit
Card Processing Company.
3. All transactions are paid in
US Dollar will be billed by our US bank Merchant account and will
appear as "Pakistan Gift Courier Inc" on your credit card
statement. All Foreign currency transaction will
be billed in customers local currency as showed
on website.
4. Order Once placed cannot be cancelled as it
is booked with suppliers and couriers.
5. PakistanGiftonline reserves the right to
cancel any order due to the following reasons:
- Customer fails to provide verification if
requested or contacted.
- Order fails security checks.
6. Every effort shall be made to deliver exactly
the same product as ordered. However, at times
it may not be possible due to reasons beyond our
control, such as non-availability in a certain
region/city or the seasonal constraints.
7. The
Pictures are for guidance purpose, We cover
more then 158 Cities of Pakistan and every city
has there own way of presentation, whether its
cakes, flowers or fruit basket and it is
Impossible to post pictures of all cities
products on one website, so the actual product
may differ from the Picture, However we fully
guarantee the quality and quantity of the
product mentioned on our website..
8) We
reserve the right to offer substitute products
for equal or greater value, incase of
unavailability, These include Roses to Mix
Flowers, Flower Colors, Cake Flavors, Bigger
cakes in two smaller cakes, Children Toys, All
clothing's and items in food basket.
9) Customer can give special instruction as a request in order form regarding delivery timings, cake flavors,
cake messages, fruits choices etc, however we do not guarantee to fulfill request(s) and no refund or cancellation is possible if request are not fulfilled.
10) We offer same
day delivery service in Karachi, Lahore,
Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Sialkot Gujranwala,
Attock, Wah Cantt, Taxila, Faisalabad, Multan,
Hyderabad, Peshawar, Gujrat, Jhelum and Dina,
All orders placed before 2 PM Pakistan Standard
time can be delivered same day in above cities.
For all other cities 24 to 48 hours are required
for delivery. On Occasions like Eid, Valentines
and Mothers Day we do not offer a same day
delivery due to short of supplies, During
occasion its always advisable to check out
website before placing same day orders.
11). In event of
supply difficulty, we reserve the full rights to
replace flower colors and cake flavors and
deliver items at separate times
12. We use one of the best suppliers available in
the country. However If you are unsatisfied with
the quality of our items, please contact us with
your order number and complaint within 2 days
after delivery for replacement instructions.
We do not offer
refund, only replacement will be offered in such
case, The product should be in its
original unused form for return. Our customer
service department will investigate the
complaint. We do not entertain any
complaints for food meals and dunkin donuts as
these products cannot be tasted
before delivery nor they offer any replacement
to customers.
13. A refund is only
possible if we fail to deliver your item on your
desired date, However if your order is on hold
due to address problem or incorrect telephone
number provided then in such case a refund
will not be offered and we will redeliver the
item next day, This will void all warranties on
product quality, as your items are purchased and
they go in our storage and loose its freshness
14.We can never
predict what awaits us, traffic jams, suppliers
items not ready for delivery, law and
order issues, rainy weather, we unfortunately
can't guarantee delivery times, we will try our
best to deliver within office hours though.
15. By ordering on
our website, you agree to be listed in our
mailing list to receive emails on promotions and
events reminder, We only send 6 to 7 emails in a
year to our customers and all our promotion
emails give customer an option to unsubscribe to
receive any further email.
16.Greeting cards
are subject to availability and maybe replaced
with another type or paper message incase of
unavailability.
17. Due to Covid 19,
Packaging of products may differ to maintain
hygiene of the products.
18.We do not offer
any time stipulated delivery, Our delivery
timings are from 11:30 am to 8:30 Pm, in some
cases may extend up to 9:30 Pm (Pakistan
Standard time) However we do offer
Midnight delivery at an extra charge of US$7
19. On Fridays and
Sundays, delivery may start after 2 Pm, as some
suppliers operate late.
